Goodwill site development
The SJ Dept. of Planning, Building and Code Enforcement announces a community
meeting on Tues., June 27 at 6:30 pm at the Goodwill
site (1080 N. 7th) to discuss proposed development.

Vendome Place update:
The current approved planning application proposes to amend the approved
entitlement for the Vendome Place project by increasing the number of
units allowed on the block by 100 units up to a total of 500 units and
to increase the maximum height of the buildings by 50 feet to a total
of 200 feet.

Ajisai Gardens
Plans are underway for development of a 1.9-acre site on Taylor Street.
The site accommodates 138 units of affordable condominiums and 11,400
S.F. of office/retail space.
